Ingredients
- Cup of warm water
- 1 slice of lemon-squeezed into the water
- 2 Tbsp of raw honey
Instructions
- To jump-start your morning and refresh your liver let “your” morning water be the first thing you do.
- You can heat the water in your microwave or boil on top the oven. Once it is warm to your liking,
- then add the lemon and the honey. Stir and sip until gone.
- Wait about 30 minutes before eating.
