Ingredients
  • Cup of warm water
  • 1 slice of lemon-squeezed into the water
  • 2 Tbsp of raw honey
Instructions
  1. To jump-start your morning and refresh your liver let “your” morning water be the first thing you do.
  2. You can heat the water in your microwave or boil on top the oven. Once it is warm to your liking,
  3. then add the lemon and the honey. Stir and sip until gone.
  4. Wait about 30 minutes before eating.
